How to prepare update in the most effective way

Programming is a creative work. One cannot produce a meticulous checklist for items that need to be done (such meticulous list would also be meaningless). Therefore, we need a more autonomous way to synchonise such updates.

Key points #

• Everyone has different mental maps. You should pick a tool that work best for you (no matter if it is a to-do list app, Google Doc/Sheet, a Kanban board, or something else)
• For the project handed over to you, establish a language of the project for updating your progress
• It is suggested to review & update your list regularly. Not only you see your progress, you can also weed out unnecessary/unimportant parts early.
